2. Get a Prescription for a Power Chair

3. Contact Us so that we can complete the Home Assessment and have one of our Specialists attend the Evaluation in order to get the proper paper work signed by the Physical Therapist.

We will work closely with you and your Doctor to get the Insurance required paperwork in order for final Approval. Once Approved, we hand deliver your New Power Chair Directly to your home and patiently walk you through how to use it.
